Regardless of where we end up in, we must never leave regrets in our life. I do not know if I might ever post again, so here's my dedication to everyone who have played a part in my life in these two years:

Thank you for helping me through my darkest days, for consoling me when I'm sad, for tolerating my imperfections, for cheering me up during the few black days once a month.. You have been a crucial part in helping me to complete my secondary life. You were the ones that made sure I left no regrets behind.

Perhaps we might meet again, perhaps not, but I wish everyone all the best in their future.

Maybe a few years down the road, I may stumble upon this website again, who knows? =)

I daresay the (OMG THERES A BEE!!!!) I was just sitting here peacefully when this buzzing noise alerted me to look to my left AND I SAW A DAMN FREAKING BEE!!! Anyway.. now that the bee has found its way out..
As I was saying, I daresay the only regular visitors to our almost dead blog is Ting and I. Mid year results mightn't have been really pretty, but we could all treat it as a motivational force to strive for better results in the prelims. So all the best, 4e6, and I hope our class party still stands!

On an additional note, condolences to victims of Myanmar and china, sichuan and may God bless you all.

A ball rolling along a surface.

First it was cushioned by roses, frictionless, happy, continuous..

Then it was dandelions (since it is not a bed of roses), bringing with it a sense of roughness, yet a simple fragrance and sweetness..

What next? Uneven ground? Wriggly obstacles?

But the ball still kept on rolling, despite the setbacks it had, regardless the blows it was dealt with, it still carried on, bravely..

But as we all know, laws of physics would willed it to stop one day...

And then, battered the way it was, filled with chipped corners, and yet it smiled, with an air of resignation, feeling accomplished, satisfied but ready for a rest, it came to a gentle halt... ...

That's the way I want my life to be. Though childhood was enjoyable, great, and the happiest part of my life, the next step into adolescence and adulthood can bring along much joy and laughter as well. Sure, life has its ups and downs, but without setbacks, would one feel the real satisfaction and sense of accomplishment upon success? I doubt so. =) I will accept every obstacle that comes along my way and enjoy life's simple pleasures in all the ways that I can.. and leave with no regrets..=)

For some, mid year results might be far from expectations, and with it may see much disappointment and frustration. However, to people who will excel, I hereby extend my congratulations!

HI peeps! What feelings do we have of our new teachers? I feel that Mrs Cheryl Chan is a much better teacher than Mr Yong ever was. Though she looks more strict and less jovial, thus placing pressure on us, or maybe it's just my opinion=)

There was this 3R lifestyle competition on Saturday, and there were two teams from tkgs which entered the finals. Sadly, none of them won the top three prizes. Coming in third and second were the pupils from Hwa Chong Institution and Bukit Panjang Government High respectively with Nanyang JC the overall champion.

Our principal Mrs Phyllis Lim was present as well. Our Guest of Honour was Mr Lim Biow Chuan, MP for some district or another.

May we bring more newspapers to recycle every other week during collection day so we can save the environment!

P.S. Ms Low is quite nice, but she is too primary school teacher.

how have your holidays been? hahah. i know mine were super busy. i guess we'd all have somewhat completed projects and holiday assignments, being the guaikia class that we are.. ((:

Anyone read this before? I've just finished the book, and I thought it was extremely inspiring. It made me feel that we should go out in the world and offer and give what we can to the world... to feel that we can be of use. Like, time really flies and everybody is rushing through their lives, no time to properly sit down and talk or maybe take a stroll in the garden?? We are so busy with school, don't you agree? Day by day passes, with us not really cherishing anything at all. Maybe not everyone is like that, but we tend to take things for granted, knowing that we should not, and not able to slow down in the hurry to fulfill what we determine as satisfaction in our hearts (grades for us, power and money for adults.). That is what I feel. Please share with me your views.

Just thought I'll post now cos Morrie's teachings are still in my head. I don't think it has brainwashed me though..reminds me of another thing. The society has brainwashed us by making us think "More is good". We abandon our dreams to pursue "ambitions" that are built on wealth and power. Adults do moan that money is never enough. I think we do too. More money, better grades, better results, latest fashion, stuff like that.. Most parents do think that we should find a well-paid job, but seldom do they ask about the dreams we have. If we do have, that is. I can't imagine a world without dreams, so dull, so bland, so ugly and .....

Just think of how much happiness we can share with less fortunate people just us people in the old folks' home by just playing cards with an old man or giving away some of our hugs. Which reminds me of something. I think that sometimes I share hugs without any meaning like I just hug for the sake of hugging like that.. cos it's appropriate to hug I just do it..like that's no meaning under it like "I so miss you!" or "It's good to see you!" sort of thing. Hmm..or maybe I do sometimes mean that.

Blue feels so serene, don't you agree? A screening off from the busy and noisy world when you submerge yourself in the clear cool water, deeply breathing in the peacefulness in the water. That's where I can always calm down and think things through. I like the way water, music and ***** make me feel. So floaty, so light, so happy, and safe. Dangerous and thrilling at times but unpredictable and calm at times.

William was walking along the streets one day. He saw a very pretty girl who was wearing a very beutiful dress with flower patterns. But after a while, a handsome man came to her and kissed her on the cheek. William was heartbroken. He cried like crazy. He ran and ran and locked himself in his room to cry. He then was very sick after crying for 5 days, then he migrated to Britain where there was a welfare state. There were dentures, spectacles and hearing aids. But he still could not stop crying. So he made sure the girl knew he was upset. He knocked a car and made some noise. The girl was ignoring him so he made more noise by banging his head on the car hood. But the girl did not care about him, thus he threatened to die. The girl suddenly said "No! Don't die! I LOVE YOU! " His face turned red. He stood in the sea and stretched out his arms. it was like titanic. The other guy's jaws dropped. This other guy ran to his girlfriend and said, "look at that cuckoo! He thinks he's titanic. Psycho pig! Haha. " His girlfriend then told him, "Whatever!" "Let's just continue..." "Ooh. Okay. Since you say so. Do not regret it!" He looked at her sheepishly. So the sheep started darting around. 'maaa!' The scene was very fishy. Animal Farm was his favourite story. Then he saw a spider and immediately thought of Charlotte's web. It was his favourite childhood storybook. Then he suddenly remembered his ex-girlfriend, Charlotte. He immediately flew back to Singapore to find Charlotte, feeling apologetic too. On the plane he saw wendy, his ex-. OH NO! He quickly took out Charlotte's Web and pretended to read. But he didn't realise it was upside-down. Wendy recognised him. Wendy walked up to him. "Are you interested in me?" He immediately broke down and said "I don't know!" He cried and cried non-stop. In the end, he jumped off the plane, plunged down with gravity and died a miserable death.

Is that really what boredom can drive people to do? hahah. i didnt really get all of that. MinZhen requested that i post it here... ohwells. it looks COLORFUL and NICE! ive never done such a colorful blog post before larh. hahah. thanks for people who have sent in their pictures! (:
